Our 311 system for public education provides relevant resources, information and appropriate agency or organization referrals to meet the specific needs of the caller. In addition to resources and referrals, the RFA line allows our office to provide one-on-one coaching to families on a variety of public education issues.
A request for assistance may be filed by any individual or organization with questions or concerns about a District of Columbia Public School or DC public charter school.
