The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), in fulfilling it's obligations as an SEA under ESSA, annually publishing the State report card on its website. Pursuant to DC Code 38-2652(a)(12), the D.C. State of Education (SBOE) shall approve the categories and format of the State report card.
