Washington, DC – If the District Government closes on Tuesday, March 14, due to inclement weather, the DC State Board of Education will cancel its scheduled Working Session for that date. The Working Session will be rescheduled for Thursday, March 16 at 5 pm in Room 1112.
The State Board of Education provides policy leadership, support, advocacy, and oversight of public education to ensure that every student is valued and learns the skills and knowledge necessary to become informed, competent, and contributing global citizens.
